ABOUT US

The Cleveland Spine Institute offers comprehensive Operative and Non-operative Management of spinal diseases and disorders of the Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar spines. We treat disc herniations, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, scoliosis, spinal deformities, spondylolysis, disc degenerations and arthritis. We also offer expertise in revision spinal surgery. Our philosophy is that, 'We Work For Our Patients', so we take care of one patient - one at a time! All patients are seen by our surgeon before, during and after treatment - We 'Do NOT' Use Physician or Surgeon Extenders (NP's, PA's ect.). We will sit down with you and walk you through everything in detail, inlcuding X-Ray's, MRI's, CT Scans ect., so you can understand in 'Plain English' what you're facing. Except for unique surgical conditions, where operative therapy is still the standard of care as first-line treatment, nonoperative treatment pathways will always be explored along with all other treatment options.

We prescribe this treatment pathway for many patients treated in our practice. We work closely with other healthcare professional, such as Physical and Occupational Therapists, Pain Management Specialists, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Doctors and other Healtcare Professionals to maximize your nonoperative care first. Our primary goal, in most cases, is to maximize nonoperative therapy before resorting to a
surgical solution. We want to help you achieve your goals and we will help walk
